Gemstones and Diamonds: Our valuations are based strictly on precious metal weight. We do not buy diamonds, rubies, sapphires, or other stones. If your piece features stones, we suggest having a local jeweller remove them for you to keep. Otherwise, we can purchase the gold setting, but the estimated weight of the stones will be subtracted from the total offer.
Gold-Plated Jewellery: We only buy solid gold and silver. We cannot accept gold-plated or "rolled gold" items. Unsure what you have? Reach out to our team—we are happy to test your items professionally to verify their purity.
