Items We Cannot Process
Gemstones and Diamonds: Our valuations are based strictly on precious metal weight. We do not buy diamonds, rubies, sapphires, or other stones. If your piece features stones, we suggest having a local jeweller remove them for you to keep. Otherwise, we can purchase the gold setting, but the estimated weight of the stones will be subtracted from the total offer.
Gold-Plated Jewellery: We only buy solid gold, silver, and platinum. We cannot accept gold-plated or "rolled gold" items. Unsure what you have? Reach out to our team—we are happy to test your items professionally to verify their purity.
*Note: Our calculator locks in your quoted rate at current spot price. The final payout is subject to verification the weight, condition and purity using professional equipment. If different, the quote will be updated using the quote spot price based on the corrected units.
